Greece

For orders  over 100 € , the cost of shipping is FREE. 

For orders  under 100 € , the cost of shipping is  4€.

Delivery within Attica takes 1-3 working days, while for the rest of Greece 3-5 working days. 

All domestic orders are handled by SPEEDEX Courier. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM. 

Please allow us up to 48 hours to process your order.

For international shipments (EU countries) by DHL, delivery and charges apply as follows:

• For orders  over 120 € , the cost of shipping is FREE. 
• For orders  under 120 € , the cost of shipping is  10€.

*Delivery time is to be used us a guideline and we are not responsible for factors beyond our control.

Please note: The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather conditions or in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.In case you want a transport company of your choice with which Hearts & Wires Studio does not cooperate with, then the transport costs are borne by the customer regardless of whether the order exceeds 120€ .

Exchanges & Return Policy (except earrings)

If you are unsatisfied with any item you may return it within 14 days of receipt. You have the right to return your order in whole or in part. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag, original packaging and original invoice. 

Returns from Greece are free of charge, using our SPEEDEX courier account. Please call SPEEDEX to arrange pick-up and request to charge the recipient: Agiou Alexandrou 65, Palaio Faliro, Greece 17561 . 

In case a parcel is sent by another shipping company, Hearts & Wires Studio will refuse to cover the shipping expenses.

Please note that if you need to change your size more than once, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return.

Return of earrings

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept return of earrings.

Return of sale products

You can return sale products within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your products.

For product changes or refund requests complete the following FORM. Any further relevant request of the interested user will be forwarded exclusively by e-mail to the address [email protected], with full reference of order details.
